The Panza Red Wine is a blend of all five of the varietals grown on the Quixote Winery estate in the Stags Leap District. This bright and fruit-forward red wine produces aromatic notes of blackberry, boysenberry, roasted meat, wet stone, and dark berries. Well-balanced and dense with good acidity, this wine has medium tannins, giving way to lengthy flavors of chocolate ganache and red fruit flavors.
