The journey of this extraordinary blend begins with the distillation and mashbill date, showcasing the attention to detail in every sip. The 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 rye whiskeys, each comprising 95% rye aged in new charred oak, bring a distinct spiciness and depth to the blend. Complementing them are the 2016 and 2017 bourbons, featuring a mashbill of 99% corn and 75% corn respectively, both aged in new charred oak barrels. These bourbons impart a smoothness and complexity that harmonize beautifully with the rye.
Meticulously crafted, the mashbill for this exceptional blend is carefully composed to create a symphony of flavors. The rye component showcases a mashbill of 95% rye and 5% barley, adding a bold and distinctive character. Meanwhile, the bourbons contribute their own unique mashbills; the first bourbon features 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% barley, while the second bourbon boasts a mashbill of 99% corn and 1% barley.
