Comprised of multiple embossed layers of stainless steel with the outer layers utilizing a Viton rubber coating. Compressed operating thickness is 0.062". Cometic MLS (Multi-Layer Steel) Head Gaskets provide maximum sealing performance for todays high output engines and require no sealants. MLS gaskets are ideal for both aluminum heads to aluminum blocks and aluminum heads to cast iron blocks. They can withstand the shearing force created by the two materials. MLS gaskets have increased strength because they are comprised of multiple layers of stainless steel; which also creates the ability to rebound and resist corrosion. The outer layers are embossed and coated on both sides with Viton (a flour elastomer rubber based material that is heat resistant to 250 C/ 482 F). Viton is designed to meet the demands of a variety of harsh sealing environments, load conditions, and surface finishes. The center or shim layer is uncoated stainless steel, which can be varied to accommodate multiple thickness requirements.

Really Nice Hydrating Toner Pads

At 52, post-menopausal, with dry and increasingly sensitive skin, I’m very selective about toner pads. Many of them either feel too thin and ineffective or too active and irritating. At this stage, that matters more than aggressive results. In terms of moisture, these do a really nice job. My skin feels comfortable after using them, and they work well as a prep step before the rest of my routine. On some mornings, they even give enough hydration that I don’t feel rushed to apply moisturizer immediately. Fragrance is also worth mentioning. The scent is very light and subtle, and it doesn’t linger. I’m careful about fragrance, and these didn’t cause any sensitivity or irritation. Another thing I like is how easy they are to use. They’re quick, convenient, and a nice step when I want hydration without adding another liquid toner. Overall, these feel like a supportive, hydrating step that helps improve overall skin quality over time. They’re gentle, comfortable, and easy to incorporate into a daily routine.
