HOW TO APPLY
For extra intensity in color High Shine Eyeshadow should be applied directly on BB Highlighting Pen / Eyeshadow primer. Avoid base shadow in powder form.
Apply it with a synthetic eyeshadow brush alternatively with your fingers.
