It is rich and flavorful with just enough dark and heavy notes to hold up in cocktails. In terms of tasting notes, I found a lot of baking spice, coffee, ginger, toffee and vanilla—delicious!”

Rum Old-Fashioned Your Way: Add 3 dashes of bitters and sugar (or simple syrup) to taste to a rocks glass and stir. Add ice.  Add 1.5 - 2 oz Diplomatico Rum and stir to combine. Garnish with an orange peel.
