This security deck enclosure creates a large and lockable storage area completely protected on all sides. It works in conjunction with the vehicle rear door and lock. The lid easily hinges open and is secured shut using an innovative latching system. The lid and front can be easily removed without tools so larger items can be transported when required. The unique lid design is constructed from structural welded steel which incorporates a large weight bearing tray for organizing and transporting items on top. There are also two large trays on each side above the wheel well for addition storage and organization. Any items stowed on top of the enclosure must also be securely fastened to the vehicle. The entire Tuffy deck enclosure is constructed using welded 16 gauge steel, heavy duty fasteners, and finished with a durable textured powder coating.This Part Fits:

Solid, well-made product. I like that you can rotate-to-mount for different situations.

Heavy-duty chord, heavy-duty sockets, heavy-duty metal frame. Works well, and I like the lighted on/off switch. Being able to rotate and mount however needed makes it versatile. As clearly illustrated in the product description, the sockets are *really* close to each other, but that perfectly met my needs - but look for alternatives if you plan to plug in wall-warts and other space-consuming devices.

Before Mounting, Re-look at the photos for bracket position to save frustration!
Size: 3FT, Style: 1 Pack
Good, solid quality feel, fit and finish... BUT, as other comments indicate, the brackets can be confusing. They come positioned inward for compact fit in the box. Remove the mounting screw from the end, then SLIDE the bracket off, position the L-shape away from the strip for mounting and re-insert the power strip. Others mentioned lack of a tool for bracket removal but none is needed, they simply slide off (they don't rotate while seated). I (and others, per the comments) envisioned it mounted with brackets turned inward (as they came in the box) but doing that puts a screw head in the way of fully seating the unit into the bracket with misaligned mounting screw holes. Came back to this ad to look at the pictures and VIOLA -- set the brackets outward and screw holes align for perfect fit! Quite honestly, made me feel like a chimpanzee given a simple puzzle to solve, and I FAILED the test until looking at the pictures! Reading the reviews made me feel a little better, seeing I'm not the only one!! All that said, this power strip provides great bang for the buck. I'm using it to power my desktop computer with a three-monitor display and external storage drives.

Extraordinarily Useful

We use this to plug in all of our chargers (an off brand mini chain saw, off brand mini blower, and way to many (but we love and use them) Ryobi products). The are on a shelf, easy to get to, no cords tangled, no plugging and unplugging. Great decision because this is a great product.

Better for entertainment center

Have it mounted under my workshop desk the mount ability is simple and works good also have my phone plugged in and the ports work good, the length of the cable is good if you want it somewhat far from the outlet only thing is I wish with the design they spaced out the outlets since ryobi’s charging outlets are bricks but other than that zero complaints
