The advantage of the Air Locker lies in the pneumatically operated locking system inside the differential. When activated, the Air Locker prevents the internal differential gears from rotating and therefore prevents the axle shafts from turning independently of each other. With both wheels tied directly to the rotation of the ring gear, the vehicle maintains maximum possible traction at all times. When unlocked, it operates like a conventional open differential. Well made and very strong magnet. Make sure you tighten it completely or it will fall off. The tightening screws are not intuitive, but after some confusion you can figure it out. Works as intended and charging is as fast as your phone allows.

The metal ring adhesive was destroyed by the unit's heat in a few weeks. Do not buy it if you need the adhesive ring to hold the phone. The blinking light ring is annoying - why is it needed.
