True Refrigeration T-19F-HC Description
The three shelves in the True T-19F-HC one-section reach-in freezer are PVC coated to resist corrosion and are made of wire so air can flow freely around stored items. Operators can adjust the shelves to best accommodate whatever products they are storing. LED lighting enhances visibility in the cabinet, so users can quickly find what they are looking for. Its interior has an aluminum liner that prevents rust, and its stainless steel floor can be cleaned with a swipe since it has crevice-free coved corners.

Because it is mounted in the bottom, the refrigeration system in this True T-19F-HC single-section reach-in freezer runs in the coolest area of the kitchen. Sometimes particles on the floor may be sucked into the unit, so a bottom-mounted design is not a good option for bakeries that use a lot of flour. The internal temperature stays at -10 degrees Fahrenheit and displays on an external screen. Operating in reverse mode for 20 seconds when it turns on, the condensing fan motor removes dirt, debris, and dust from the condenser coil. Because this component is so integral to system function, cleaning it regularly ensures operation is reliable and efficient. Also helping to maintain cold and consistent storage temperatures, this self-cleaning will reduce energy consumption. Even though the reversing motor lengthens the life of the unit, it doesn't completely replace routine preventative maintenance.
