This rose pet nat features Pinot Noir from Tonford Manor Vineyard in Kent, Ortega from Penstock Estate in Kent, Pinot Noir Precoce from Lavenham Vineyard in Suffolk, and a smattering of other grapes sourced from small growers in Kent.
It's a glorious-looking drop, pouring a hazy, candy floss pink. On the nose, it's bright with light floral notes along with redcurrant and cranberry. On the palate, it's crunchy and bracing with red berries and peachy stone fruit. It has a gentle sparkle and a zippy, refreshing finish. We love it - cheers Slow Beam!
