“BatVader at the Louvre” - Final. Early in the morning of 1 January 2026, I flew to Paris for 9 days. The next morning, I went to the Louvre to see it from the outside. Such an splendid architecture with so many details. During my travels, I take so many photos as I’m walking around so that I can use them as reference photos for my paintings. This painting is from one of the photos I’ve taken. Standing at the side and watching the surroundings through the arch and observing, being present. Looking to the bright future from the threshold. 

You may look at the reference photos I’ve taken and wonder why there is only one character there although most of them have other people around in the photos. It represents solitude and in my mind I’m the only person there at those moments. I can advise you to travel by yourselves, feel good. I’ve been inside the Louvre two times and walked through a few times while I’m walking to or from Saint Germain on other days. Lovely place to be around. See you again, Paris. 🙋🏻‍♂️😌
