2. We offer free returns within 14 days from the date you received it.

3. Your Item needs to have the receipt or Proof of purchase.

4. We require buyer to return the item to our original location in its original packing, along with a copy of the original invoice. Returned stock item must be in condition for resell(original) or they cannot be accepted.

5. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

6. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days. Depending on your card issuer's policies.

*** Shipping Policy ***


1. All orders are processed the same day (if order is paid by 3 PM PT) or within 24 hours of confirmed payment, excluding weekends and holidays.

2. Please Note: We have a 1 day processing time for all orders.

3. Orders processed on Friday are shipped out the next business day, usually on Monday.

4. We do offer combine shipping for multiple item order. The estimate shipping cost will depend on the value and weight.

5. Payments made by PayPal are shipped to the confirmed address provided by PayPal.

6. All Domestic and International shipping charges can be found under the "shipping and payments" tab above.

7. USA domestic estimated shipping time frame: USPS First Class Mail takes 3-10 days USPS Priority Mail takes 3-5 days.

8. International estimated shipping time frame: USPS International First Class Mail (estimated 30-45 days to receive depending on customs & shipping services in your country). There is NO tracking on this method of shipment. USPS Priority Mail International (10-20 days) - required method of shipment on orders $50 & greater, no exceptions. Tracking & Insurance included.
