Done up in a vibrant blue tone with just so many fun details. Super comfy with zero itch to the knit. Nice without the belt but spectacular with it. Belt is included.I would call this an OS. I'm usually a Small and I'm only around 5 foot 5 but with some nice heels on I feel like I can carry it off. The dress overall is very roomy and flexible. The 80's style sweater top area it is supposed have a mellow fit where the waist width actually seems low to allow the billowing at the mid section to occur. The place to pay most attention to when looking at measurements is the waist width at relaxed and full stretch as well as the skirt length. The rest is fairly open to interpretation.
As usual please refer to the below measurements for most accurate fit.

Waist width: 11 when relaxed and stretch up to 17 comfortably ( waistband meant to be worn at true waist, smallest part )
Length from waist to skirt hem: 31 inches long
Sleeve length from cuff to neck edge: 23.5 long meant to be a 3/4 sleeve that can be pushed up or worn longer.

Great info TINY BOOK
Format: Paperback
There’s small, and then there’s this book. It’s true that this is a pocket size book. Look at the dimensions and then imagine 6pt font. Giving it four stars because info is great- succinct, useful, and up to date! But taking away one star because it should come with a magnifying lens.

In paper, excellent, as Kindle book, useless
I've used this book, in early editions, in paper (remember that?), for years. Excellent pocket manual. But as a Kindle book, it's useless, unless you have Superman's microscopic vision.
