This top was my late husbands childhood toy and then a toy my daughters played with for another 15 years.  It was lovingly used as you can see from some of the minor wear on the paints, scratches and dents. Colors are still very vibrant. However, the paint and graphics are still in fantastic shape.  the graphics are of children made out to be clowns either drumming or juggling, puppy dogs balancing on balls and stars. It makes a great collector item or it would look wonderful displayed in a nursery and used as decor at a baby shower.

Features of the Top:

• Condition:  Overall - Very Good  -- The graphics are in fantastic shape, the color is beautiful and there is some normal dings and scrapes to the the piece due to age and children playing with the item
• Size: 7.5" x 7"
• There is an Ohio logo on one side with the number 146 and on another side it says "-Elain - Ends - Hilman"
• Wooden handle
