About the Dirt Claw BELTED Tires

Tread Design

These tires are designed to rip up soft or hard dirt, light sand, light mud, gravel, and anywhere else your off-road adventure takes you. These tires use a deep, open lug design with a "V" pattern that helps keep dirt out of the tread to ensure maximum traction in soft dirt. Compared to other off-road RC tires, these tires feature lugs molded to the sidewall, ensuring maximum grip when cornering. Large sipes in the tire help keep the tire cool while also allowing dirt and water to evacuate around the rubber quickly. While yes, this is an off-road tire, UpGrade RC has designed it in a way that maintains On-Road characteristics.

Compound & Construction

These tires use a highly flexible compound that provides excellent grip while remaining strong enough to handle rough off-road conditions. A belted carcass has been integrated to keep the tire stable under high loads, reducing ballooning on 2S and 3S setups. The combination of a soft rubber base and internal belting ensures consistent traction, improved handling, and better tire life.

Multi-Spoke Wheels

The included multi-spoke wheels are crafted from a firm yet flexible composite that balances durability with performance. This design helps absorb impacts and delivers additional traction during hard bashing sessions. Built to handle aggressive driving, the wheels work seamlessly with the tire compound and tread to provide a complete performance package. Additionally, this set includes twelve-millimeter standard offset hexes and twelve-millimeter wide offset hexes that offer eleven millimeters of track width per side to enhance stability.
