Weight recommendations follow trainer guidelines: 12oz for fighters up to 129 lbs, 14oz for 130-159 lbs, and 16-18oz for 160 lbs and above. These gloves are suitable for sparring, heavy bag work, and general training sessions. The hook and loop closure system allows quick fitting adjustments.
