The pristine mountain air and distinctive terroir contribute to the wine s pronounced dried red fruit character. Following harvest, the grapes are destemmed and fermented in stainless steel for 14 days before aging in 50% new French oak. The resulting wine exhibits enticing aromas of dried cranberry and cherry, complemented by mocha spice notes from the oak aging.
