Like lightning in a bottle, we're treated to the sweet sounds and bold aesthetics of the Gibson Les Paul Standard 50s Double Trouble. This limited release from Gibson delivers some rarely-explored elements of the Gibson canon for an inspired model back to front. If you're on the hunt for seldom-seen Gibson specification sets, stay tuned.

This Les Paul Standard 50s Double Trouble starts out easily with more familiar functions and features from the brand. For one, this Les Paul's iconic single-cutaway body takes its shape from solid, non-weight-relieved mahogany paired with a AA figured maple cap for brightness and a crisp tone right from the get-go. This body is treated to the first of the Double Trouble's tricks – a full-gloss nitrocellulose "Vintage" lacquer finish.

Separating itself from traditional Les Paul Standards with their standard gloss finish, the full-gloss Vintage finish imparts a more lived-in quality right off the bat with an overall faded impression. The full gloss nitrocellulose finish does wonders in subtly shifting the vibes of this Les Paul Standard toward an inherently classic aesthetic with each guitar's burst pattern being somewhat different from the next for a one-of-a-kind look piece to piece.

Carrying on from here, a mahogany neck forms with a 50s Vintage profile. This classic grip in hand pairs with a rosewood fingerboard bearing twenty-two Medium Jumbo frets for a smooth and seamless feel on the fingers and across the palm. Acrylic trapezoid inlays detail the rosewood for an iconic visual addition. Effortlessly playable across its entire scale, this Les Paul Standard 50s Double Trouble is anything but when it comes to exploring and maneuvering across its complete musical scope.

Sonically, the Double Trouble comes alive with the addition of two Gibson Burstbucker pickups – a Burstbucker 1 in the neck and a Burstbucker 2 in the bridge. These bold humbuckers play with exceptional clarity, grit and warmth for pushing your best tube amp over the edge, should that be your priority. Sharp-eyed readers might notice something special about these pickups in particular. These Burstbuckers are fitted with Double Classic White bobbins – certainly a rarity when it comes to Gibson pickup bobbin color combinations. Hand-wired with Orange Drop capacitors and audio taper potentiometers, an authentic Gibson humbucking experience is ready to go at a moment's notice.

Concerning the finishing touches of this Double Trouble, this Gibson comes equipped with a Graph Tech nut and Vintage Deluxe tuning machines with Keystone buttongs for easy stringing alongside a nickel-plated ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge and an aluminum Stop Bar tailpiece. Traveling with an included Gibson hardshell case, this guitar is road ready. This Les Paul Standard 50s Double Trouble is limited to five hundred pieces worldwide.

Wrapped up in unique Gibson style, this Les Paul Standard doubles (or triples) up on Gibson style and substance for a truly one-of-a-kind limited piece.

Cute and comfortable
Color: Pattern Leopard, Size: Medium
Comfortable and cute. A little long but still wear them with no issues. The material is light but synthetic so not really breathable. I foresee wearing them often.

The Perfect Water Shoe
Size: 6 Women/5 Men, Color: 1a-407 White
The SEEKWAY Water Shoes are an outstanding choice for anyone seeking both comfort and functionality in aquatic footwear. Designed to fit true to size, they eliminate the hassle of guessing or sizing up, ensuring a snug, reliable fit that adapts well to various foot shapes. The flexible upper material hugs your feet gently, offering a barefoot feeling without sacrificing support. Ease of wear is a highlight: the shoes slip on and off effortlessly, making them ideal for quick transitions between water and land. Whether you’re heading to the beach, preparing for a swim in the pool, or starting a kayaking adventure, you’ll appreciate how convenient and lightweight these aqua socks are. The stretchable fabric and minimal design contribute to their versatility—packing them takes up hardly any space, and they won’t weigh you down as you move. Quick-drying capabilities are another strong advantage. After wading through rivers or splashing in lakes, the shoes dry rapidly thanks to their breathable construction. This keeps your feet comfortable and reduces the risk of blisters, odor, or prolonged dampness. The materials used allow water to flow out easily, while also providing protection against rocks, shells, and other rough surfaces. Overall, the SEEKWAY Water Shoes blend comfort, true-to-size fitting, easy wearability, and fast drying to deliver a practical solution for a wide range of outdoor and aquatic activities. Whether you’re hiking near water, surfing, or simply enjoying a walk along the shoreline, these shoes give you the confidence and comfort you need for every adventure.

Comfortable and Great for Water Activities
Size: 10 Women/9 Men, Color: 1a-407 White
These water shoes are exactly what I was looking for. They are lightweight, comfortable, and fit true to size. The material dries quickly and feels breathable, which makes them perfect for the beach, pool, or any water activity. The sole provides good grip, even on wet surfaces, and they are easy to put on and take off. Overall, a great value for the price. I would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and comfortable water shoes.

I L-O-V-E these!!!!
Size: 9 Women/8 Men, Color: 1a-407 White
UPDATE: I've tried several difference sellers/brands and keep coming back to these Seekway shoes. I think the key is for me that they are one-piece like water socks with ties rather than having separate tongues. Some other brands, the tongues are long and rub against your foot. These also have a very thin heel cup unlike others that were fine for short term, but on long walks, the thicker heeled ones rubbed nasty blisters in both heels. These Seekway DID NOT. The only down side is that the soles are very thin, so even with orthotics (Happy Step memory foam), when walking for several miles, I did find the balls of my feet sore. But in time, they've actually "toughened up" and now I walk about 3 miles per night in these shoes without any issue. Just bought my third pair! These shoes are soooooo comfortable with great tread and very breathable. I LOVE these! The price is very reasonable while quality is good. I have one foot that is slightly narrower, especially in the heel, than the other. After a bit of experimenting with the elastic ties, they fit great. True to size. And they look up-scale... unlike some old beach shoes I have from a few years ago. I actually forgot I had shoes on, that's how comfy they are. These are not for support, but that's not their purpose. If you like walking around barefoot yet want protection from injury or stepping on something icky, these are perfect. I also hear some podiatrists are praising barefoot-style shoes as good for building muscles in the foot and legs. Total win!

Good fit and comfort.
Size: 11.5 Women/10.5 Men, Color: 1o-506 Black
These fit well and are easy to wear in the water. They drain and dry quickly so you can move from wet to dry without having to change shoes. They kept my feet reasonably warm on a chilly day in the river. However the grip on the soles could be a bit better; they got pretty slippery when walking on rocks. They also don't offer much protection if you happen to step on something sharp. They're good if you need something versatile but I wouldn't recommend for serious river work.
