Fillier’s best game of the tournament came in Canada’s 11-0 quarterfinal win where she would earn a hat trick with three goals. Canada would defeat the United States 3-2 in the gold medal game, ending the tournament as arguably the best Canadien women’s hockey team in Olympic history. Fillier’s 8 goals would rank second to teammate Brianne Jenner in tournament goal scoring.
