The CWO Full Zip Sweater is a modern classic, taking cues from the British Commando Sweater from WWII, but updated and upgraded with extra fine 18.5 micron merino yarns, machine washable and is easy on/off with the addition of the full zippered opening.  and is a substantial 2+lbs in yarn weight. Merino wool is nature's original technical material, no-melt, no-drip and insulates when wet. We partnered with a family owned, fine Italian woolen mill that has been making sweaters for generations. With the grand Dolomites as their backyard, they know a thing or two about mountaineering sweaters.
