The JAM Pedals Eureka! is the result of tireless work with germanium fuzz and Muff-style fuzzstortions alike to bring about an authentic and inspiring fuzz. With a hybrid design and a bottomless well of tones, there'll only be one word on your mind as well when you fire it up.
The JAM Pedals Eureka! is a unique take on the key qualities of germanium and Muff-style fuzzes and distortions under one footswitch. A proprietary silicon transistor-based design couples the best of both worlds for a fuzz that plays nice with a variety of amps, guitars, and other effects. The voice the Eureka! plays with effortlessly melds between the woofing bark of germanium fuzzes with the searing sustain of Muff fuzzes to land somewhere new altogether but totally familiar and inspiring.
Part of what makes Eureka! so captivating and compatible is in its three-way low-end switch. The only other control on the pedal shapes its low-end character on a three-way basis for standard, boosted, and extra-boosted bass signal. This quick low-end shaping allows the Eureka! to be fitted with a variety of guitars as humbuckers and single-coils historically respond differently to high-gain fuzzes. True bypass switching, nine-volt DC center negative power supply operation and an optional battery connection make this JAM creation seamlessly added to any board.
