Each unit is then disassembled, cleaned, shot-peened, and has all wear components replaced to restore OE performance and finish. To ensure a long and problem free life on belt driven racks, the belt is replaced, harmonically balanced and tensioned to OE specifications. Finally, the core is cleared of any internal faults, is cycled numerous times and vehicle simulation tested to ensure proper function.
