This year, we have enhanced our curriculum to shed light on Storytelling and Media Literacy, ensuring your child learns not just how to speak on camera, but how to navigate today's complex media landscape with integrity and a critical mindset.

Taking place at our SCMP Headquarters, students will transform from consumers of news into news anchors. The week culminates in a professional recording session at the SCMP Studio, where students will anchor their own news stories—a high-quality keepsake of their growth and achievement.

Programme Highlights:

• Media Literacy & Storytelling (New): Learn how to identify reliable sources and understand the dangers of misinformation. This module teaches the ethics of fact-checking and the importance of truth in storytelling. 
• Storytelling on Camera (New): Practise sharing perspectives confidently and thoughtfully on camera, guided by experienced instructors who specialise in media and journalism.
• Learn with SCMP’s publications: Teaching materials incorporate SCMP’s publications, connecting classroom learning with real-world exposure.
• SCMP Studio Experience: Record a short news presentation in our professional broadcasting suite, receiving an edited video to share with family and friends.
• Featuring Opportunity: Selected student work will be featured on SCMP Learn’s channels.

讓孩子今個暑假一嘗擔任新聞主播的滋味！「小小主播新星營」是專為 6–9 歲小朋友而設的課程，透過一系列互動學習，培養自信心、批判性思維及專業英語表達能力。

今年課程全新升級，加入故事表達及媒體素養元素，讓孩子不僅學習如何在鏡頭前表達自己，亦可懂得分辨資訊真偽，培養理性思考及建立正確的媒體觀。

課程將於南華早報總部進行，小朋友將由新聞讀者蛻變為小小主播，並於南華早報專業錄影室錄製屬於自己的新聞報導影片，為整個學習旅程留下珍貴回憶。

課程重點：

• 媒體素養與故事表達(全新)：學習辨識可靠資訊來源，了解錯誤資訊的影響，並認識查證的重要性。
• 鏡頭前之故事表達(全新)：在專業導師指導下，練習自信地在鏡頭前分享想法與觀點
• 南華早報教材學習：課程教材融入南華早報刊物，連結真實世界議題
• 專業錄影室體驗：於南華早報錄影室錄製新聞報導，並獲得專屬影片與家人朋友分享
