Oozuku Awasedo Japanese Natural Sharpening Stone OZ103Oozuku Awasedo is generally slightly harder than other mines such as the Ohira, however they do tend to have a finer grit compared to the more muddy stoens like the Hideriyama. I love to use them for the finest edge possible. This Oozuku is very even and with beautiful colour. It is recommended for single bevel knvies and those to demand the sharpest edge. It is also an excellent choice for woodworking tools. Hardness: 5 Measurements (approx.): 206mm
