Based on valuable angler feedback, the Venom Target rods feature a hand-and-a-half butt design for versatile casting. This setup enables effortless underhand casts when pitching lures under mangroves or "on the scope," while also supporting two-handed overhand casts for extended distance.
Equipped with a full EVA rear grip, these rods excel in durability and functionality. The design accommodates scope anglers by securely fitting in scope poles and allows trollers to use metal rod holders without risking damage to the blank. Unlike the split rear grips seen in the Crankbait Series and 7-foot baitcast models, this series offers a unique grip setup tailored for specific fishing needs.
The Venom Target range includes four 6'5" models: RLFVT1 (10-30lb), RLFVT2 (20-40lb), RLFVT3 (30-60lb), and RLFVT4 (40-60lb). Each rod caters to different lure weights while maintaining the signature stopping power of the Venom lineup.
- RLFVT1: With a 10-40g casting range, it’s perfect for heavy jighead plastics and 95mm Zerek Fish Traps.
- RLFVT2: Designed for 30-100g lures, it excels with medium-to-large swimbaits like the Bone Focus 130 or Zerek Live Swimbait.
- RLFVT3: Built for the largest lures up to 200g, handling heavyweights like the Zerek Affinity and 250 Zerek Stalker effortlessly.
- RLFVT4: A powerhouse for casting lures over 100g, delivering exceptional strength for taking on the toughest fish.
