This Borla Cat-Back(tm) system is tuned for performance and sound for both the 2.0L engine in the WRX and the 2.5L engine in the STI. Our S-Type sound level is designed to bring out the Subaru Boxer engine rumble and provides an aggressive sound without the drone. This system features 3.5" quad high temperaure black coated T-304 stainless steel tips, but is also available with polished T-304 stainless steel tips. For ease of installation, this Cat-Back(tm) is a direct bolt on part and does not require cutting. Like all Borla exhaust products, each system is handmade in the USA by master craftspeople and features premium, high-quality T-304 austenitic stainless steel construction, ultra-smooth mandrel bent piping, and a Million-Mile Warranty.

No gimmicks, just a solid WDT tool

This is the second Aieve product I’ve purchased, after a very good experience with their XL espresso cooling ball. This WDT tool isn’t flashy, it doesn’t look like a praying mantis or deploy like a switchblade; but it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. The tool sits in a nicely weighted base that protects the needles from bending, which is a big improvement over the magnetic “floating” styles. The base has enough weight to stay put, and it’s easy to remove and return the tool without it tipping or sliding around. The base itself fits nicely in my tamping station. It also comes with replacement needles, which are simple to swap out when needed. If you’ve been going down the rabbit hole comparing every WDT tool out there, this is a straightforward, well-designed option at a very reasonable price.
