Overview:

Innovative water chamber provides greater efficiency.  The one clip release lid on the iBreeze CPAP water chamber makes refilling and cleaning a breeze.  Resvent recommends using distilled water in the Resvent iBreeze water chamber to prevent the build up of mineral deposits.  Any type of buildup on the surface of the heat plate of the water chamber can adversely affect the PAP therapy.  

The iBreeze Series 20A CPAP monitors the rooms temperature and humidity levels allowing the CPAP to control the proper amount of humidification without having excessive condensation in your tubing.

Cleaning Procedures:

Regular cleaning of the iBreeze Series 20A Auto CPAP and its accessories is especially important for the prevention of respiratory infections.  CPAP, APAP, BPAP, BiPAP, BiLEVEL sanitizing machines are also recommended.

Cleaning the Water Chamber - Remove the water chamber from the CPAP.  Open the top of the water chamber and hand wash with a mild liquid soap, rinse thoroughly and wipe dry.  Alternatively a sanitizing machine can be used.

Cleaning the Enclosure (exterior of PAP device) - Wipe the exterior surface with a soft cloth to remove dust as needed.

Filter - Disposable - Replace every 6 months or sooner if necessary. 

 Recommended Replacement Intervals:

Nasal Cushion: 1-3 Months

Mask Frame: 6 Months

Headgear: 3-6 Months

Tubing: 3-6 Months

Water Chamber: 3-6 Months

Filter: 3-6 Months

They say that history doesn't repeat itself, but it rhymes. Reading Rachel Maddow's Prequel, that old adage lands with uncomfortable, clarifying force. The America of the 1930s had Senator Huey Long — loud, brash, barnstorming, and brimming with populist promises — and the resonance with our own era of bombastic political theater is impossible to dismiss. Maddow doesn't make that parallel clumsily. She doesn't need to. The evidence, laid out with the precision of a seasoned researcher and historian, speaks for itself. Prequel tells the story of a far-right authoritarian impulse that has run through the veins of American political life for nearly a hundred years. In the 1930s, coinciding with Hitler's rise in Europe, a coordinated movement pushed hard for fascism here at home. Groups stockpiled weapons and explosives in preparation for an insurrection. Government officials worked in coordination with foreign actors. A fascist-sympathetic narrative was amplified through official and unofficial channels alike. This was not fringe paranoia — it was organized, resourced, and frighteningly close to succeeding. What is remarkable — and what gives this book its most urgent energy — is the story of who stopped it. Not always the institutions we might hope to rely on. Where the American legal system faltered, journalists and activists filled the breach. Investigators, reporters, and citizens took up the banner of democracy through dogged, unglamorous work. She is a master of the long connective thread — drawing bright lines between the events of the past and the present without letting the comparison become reductive or cheap.
