The Nihilo Concepts KTM 65 SX/XC Power Valve actuator hose kit is a High heat, High pressure system with tight fitting spring clamps. The Nihilo hose kit will not let your 09-15 KTM 65’s power valve fail due to low pressure or a loose fitting hose. The 09-15 KTM 65 has been known to have issues with the power valve. Nihilo Concepts has eliminated all your power valve air leak problems with our new stronger, tighter fitting hose kit. The stock hose is a poor quality silicone and uses standard hose clamps that do not squeezed symmetrically. When a standard clamp is screwed in tight enough to hold the hose in place, it squeezes the hose on an oval unevenly causing air leaks, it also cuts and damages the hose. Air leaks in the system will cause the power valve to fail every time.

The only reason for the lack of a star is the iffy instructions. There are a few different washers and the instructions could make the difference a LOT easier to understand and thereby reduce the need to re-do things. Other than that, the panels were easy to assemble and the parts fit well together. I was able to disassemble the screens and store them for a future use, which is nice. One caution - the feet that make the panels stand up will likely be a trip hazard, so be sure to plan the location for this device carefully.
