The Benson Amps Preamp is a modern classic of amp-like tone and saturation. Within the Benson Preamp, Benson utilizes FET transistors to recreate the authentic tube tone of their Chimera thirty-watt amplifier. Across the Preamp's streamlined, simplified EQ and drive-shaping controls, the pedal summons shimmery, chunky preamp tones that swing with plenty of touch sensitivity.
