This album is a glitter bomb of feel-good soul, retro funk, and gospel-drenched disco that will have you strutting from the first beat. Lead single “You're Gonna Win” is a hands-in-the-air anthem, a dazzling gospel-disco declaration of confidence featuring the rousing Fabulous Rainbow Singers. Meanwhile, “Be a Witness” pulses with a funky, synth-driven groove that echoes Prince’s best, while “Best For Us” and “Hard Times” deliver heartfelt nods to the ups and downs of real love.
