Escape to your bath for well deserved self care. This bath soak is ideal for relaxing, soothing sore muscles and easing stress, while nourishing and softening your skin. All of our bath soaks are made with rice bran oil that has been slow infused with herbs for at least two months to impart them with the beneficial qualities of the plants.

These bath soaks are made with magnesium flakes, that work similarly to epson salts but are a more bioavailable option. Magnesium is known as beneficial for many things in addition to being a muscle relaxant.

We also include coconut milk powder to our blend which gives a milk bath quality, and adds extra softness to the skin, and a pleasing texture to the bath itself. 

Directions: Dissolve a desired amount of soak in a warm (or hot!) bath. Soak for 15 minutes or more for maximum benefits. For external use only, discontinue use if irritation occurs. Best used within 6 months of purchase. Store in a cool, dry area.

**Moon time and Sweet Dreams varieties is not for use during pregnancy or while nursing as Clary Sage and some of the other herbs can be contraindications to pregnancy.
