Suggested Dose
Adults and children 12 years and older: Take 1 capsule with a full 8-ounce glass of water at bedtime. Do not take more than 1 capsule in a 24-hour period and do not use for longer than 7 consecutive days, as prolonged use may lead to dependence. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
