The E46 CSF Aluminum radiator is designed as a direct replacement to the stock system. It uses all of the factory plastic shrouding, hose connections, and mounting points. Although not a concern, and it does not affect performance, the thicker core will tighten tolerances and move some components slightly out of position. Clearance between the expansion tank and accessory belt is particularly tight but contact has not been an issue even on Spec E46 and other track cars. When retaining the stock/factory fan shroud, some small modification and adjustment may be required. All CSF radiators receive design and development in the USA with additional wind tunnel, vibration, thermal cycle, burst pressure, and salt spray testing done at their production facilities in Southeast Asia. During manufacturing, radiators are individually tested for leaks and receive a 30-point inspection prior to shipping. CSF is an OE supplier to several manufacturers as well as providing private-label products for other radiator brands. CSF radiators have a two year warranty.
