Scarce first edition, presentation copy, of this complete survey of the ports of Paris and the waterways to the sea, especially the Seine to Le Havre, with an over 2 metre long colour map of that stretch of the river, an assessment of floods and shipping accidents, as well as the economy of the river; well-illustrated.
