This satin-finish chrome Kreisler petrol lighter, made in the U.S.A., features an engraved diagonal slash on one side, anchored at each end by stylized leaf motifs. The clean lines and natural forms lend it a subtle organic energy without sacrificing the minimalist structure.

Its compact form, rounded edges, and brushed steel finish are quintessentially mid-century, while the crisp leaf etching adds a soft decorative element to an otherwise functional silhouette.

The base is engraved “Kreisler – U.S. PATS. PENDING – MADE IN U.S.A.” and retains its original retail sticker marked “15234 – 6.95 – FLUID,” affirming its new old stock origin.

This lighter comes from an inherited collection of unsold retail inventory.

Please note: we do not test vintage lighters prior to shipping, as regulations prohibit us from sending them if they’ve been used or fueled. Even new old stock often requires a bit of tender loving care to become fully functional.

On this particular lighter, the flint wheel is frozen. It probably needs some oil, but we leave them untouched. We have marked the price down accordingly.
