Information about the process behind the production.

Form-pressed serving trays in birch veneer with original design.

The product is made from FSC®-certified wood and contain between five and eight layers of birch veneer, depending on the model and size. The print is produced with high-quality inkjet printers on FSC®-certified paper. All materials are carefully assembled by hand before being form-pressed under high pressure and heat. Each motif is protected with a melamine-based surface coating that makes the trays heat resistant up to 130°C.

The craft requires both precision and a fine sense of detail. The combination of the form-pressing technique and the natural qualities of the birch veneer results in a highly durable, eco-friendly, and dishwasher-safe product. To ensure the best possible longevity, we recommend hand washing unless the tray is used in a restaurant environment.
