As the old saying goes, birds of a feather flock together. Rabbitwoman and Dogman are so similar they stick together! Living life in a beautiful world of whimsy and wonder, they find so many different creatures to join their flock. It doesn’t really matter who it is, they love them all equally. Today they have found a beautiful duck to join them. Riding on its’ back they get ready to take off on their next adventure.

You need to be careful when comparing vitamins and supplements anywhere you choose to buy them because although they will advertise 500mg,for instance, some you need to take two tablet to get that 500mg. I think that is a little shady and makes it harder to compare. I chose to go with the 1 capsule equals one dose brands. It just makes me trust them more. This is one of those brands. I actually have only been taking them for a week or two but if they were not 500mg and a good quality magnesium my body would tell me in just a few days. These have been working fine for my sleep and nerve pain so i do recommend them. There is only one con I would have yo say that I wish they would specify what percentage of which type of magnesium this is. Most likely the oxide at this price but it just would be nice to know. I have the subscribe and save so plan on sticking with it. Good price and it is what they tell me it us plus only one per day. Nice find.
