The included TWIST bottle 450 provides the necessary hydration during the run. The HIP BELT comes with an already integrated TWIST base, so that the water bottle can be conveniently taken along on every run from now on. In addition to the waterproof main compartment, there is another storage compartment in the middle and a smaller one with a zipper on the side - ideal for quick access to the front door key at the end of the big round or bars during a short break in the middle.
