1970年代頃のSPHINXのメタルイヤリング。

ゴールドトーンのサークルモチーフから、ユニークなテクスチャーが施されたオープンワークメタルが揺れるデザイン。

曲線と直線が美しく融合した、クラシカルなシルエットが素敵です。

身に纏えば、どんなコーディネートにも気品を添えてくれるお品。タイムレスな美しさで、時代や流行を問わず永く愛用していただけます。

【SPHINX(スフィンクス)とは】
1948年にイギリスで創業したジュエリーカンパニー。まるで本物のジュエリーに見える、高品質で美しいデザインのコスチュームジュエリーを制作していました。自社製品の他にもKenneth Jay Lane、Nina Ricciなどのデザイナーや、ヨーロッパやアメリカの高級デパート向けにジュエリーデザインを手掛けていました。
刻印には"SPHINX"とシリアルナンバー、またはどちらか一方が刻まれましたが、需要を満たすために刻印をせず、急いで出荷していた時期も。会社は1990年代後半に閉業しました。

The material is nice, they fit well, I wash in cold on delicate and hang dry: so far so good. I normally take a 42C and went 44 for these. I think a 42 probably woulda been ok (I’m on the middle hook) but someone said they ran small. I’m not sure of that but keep it in mind if you’re maybe between sizes.
