The Music Man StingRay Special 4 features a roasted maple neck and rosewood fingerboard, finished with a combination of gunstock oil and hand-rubbed wax, providing a luxuriously smooth playing surface. The 5-bolt neck joint, carved for easy access, ensures stability and easy access to all 22 stainless steel frets.
The StingRay Special is recognized for its commanding low end, thanks to the powerful Music Man Neodymium Humbucker in the bridge.
