This Fender Custom Shop '50s Telecaster is brought to us by the incredible luthiers in Corona, CA in a beautiful Faded Aged Gold Frost Finish, and with a Journeyman Relic. Based on the original '52 Tele model, this FCS gem recreates an iconic classic with vintage specs that would make any collector or player foam at the mouth.

The foundation of this iconic instrument is a 2-piece Ash body, sorted for weight to ensure the lightest Tele possible, cut to the exact shape of the original '52. The body features a control plate which has been reversed, allowing for simpler access to the volume and tone knobs for adjustments while strumming, and less worry of knocking the 3-way pickup selector switch for heavy-handed players. Directly above that, a beautiful stark white parchment pickguard contrasts its gold body color.

The body is attached to a rift sawn, maple neck with a sturdy 4-bolt connection. This '57-style Soft "V" profile neck features a maple fingerboard with a 9.5" radius, divided by 21 Medium Jumbo frets, with Micarta Black dots found between them. At the heart of this FCS instrument are its pickups, two relic'd '51-era single coil Blackguard single-coils that recreate one of the most iconic guitar tones in history. Crafted to match the Journeyman relic'd appearance of the guitar, these pickups deliver a vintage-inspired tone reminiscent of the original '51 Blackguard Tele pickups, an extremely limited run rumored to be only about 200 sets.

Visually, the standout feature of this Telecaster is its Frost Gold finish, carefully faded and aged to achieve a unique look. Its FCS Journeyman Relic treatment finds a balance between the totally unused appearance of a New Old Stock (N.O.S.) Fender, and the well-worn look of a Heavy Relic. Its nitrocellulose lacquer finish adds to its vintage look, providing a slight touch of checking to the finish, while allowing the wood to breathe and resonate at the same time.

Finishing details on this beautiful instrument include chrome, knurled knobs, chrome-plated tuning machines, and an ashtray-style bridge, all featuring the same Journeyman treatment afforded to the rest of the guitar.

Great long lasting chew
Flavor Name: Peanut Butter, Size: Large, Flavor Name: Peanut Butter, Size: Large
We really like having these bones on hand to keep our power chewing pitties busy. The large sizes are super convenient and long lasting, and our dogs really seem to enjoy them. We have gone through several orders over the last few years, and I anticipate to keep buying this brand.

Great for heavy duty chewers
Flavor Name: Steak, Size: Medium
Our two dogs love these bones. They’re very durable for heavy duty chewers and it takes them a fairly good time to get through them. They must love the taste because it’s the bone they first pick up. I’ve gotten two flavors so far, beef and the peanut butter. Our dogs love them and because of that so do we.

Seems great, but not for my lab
Flavor Name: Bacon, Size: Medium, Flavor Name: Bacon, Size: Medium
I am rating this, to some degree, from a hypothetical standpoint. It SEEMS like a great bone. It SEEMS like it will last quite a while and withstand some avid chewers. However, I can't say for certain because it just wasn't well-loved by my Black Lab. She has a penchant for chewing animal bones. She loves to find wildlife bones in our yard and munch on them, so we do our best to provide healthy chewing options in the house. She will go to town on a cow's joint and even enjoys a peanut butter filled Kong from time to time, but this bone just didn't meet her expectations. It's not a bad bone. It has a very rugged feel and seems like it would be safe if bits and pieces were to begin coming off, like they're safely edible. I guess (and I can't say for sure..) it just doesn't have as much of a meaty flavor as many dog's like. If your pup is a Nylabone chewer- or likes to chow down on your loafers- this bone may be a perfect new addition to his/her toy bin.

Bone for destroyers
Flavor Name: Bacon, Size: Small
4 months ago I Bought this bone for my 90lb lab who destroys all his bones, but not this one! It barely has any teeth/chew marks on it and it’s one of his favorites. It was a great find and I’ll be sure to buy again. If you have a dog that destroys bones I’d give this one a try.
