NuBone is a derivative of TUSQ and has a lot of the same tonal characteristics. Like all Graph Tech materials, it is completely consistent from piece to piece and within each piece. NuBone has a very similar tone to TUSQ, not quite the volume or the hardness of TUSQ but at half the cost.
