Hewe's Crab: Rooted in tradition, prized for complexity, and grown by our founding fathers, this high gravity single varietal boasts notes of honeysuckle, spice, and stone fruit. Spontaneously fermented on oak, rested on lees, and aged 1 year to perfection.
