In keeping with the estates Burgundian heritage, this 100% Pinot Noir is vinified in open top wooden fermenters and then aged in French oak

In keeping with the estate’s Burgundian heritage, this 100% Pinot Noir is vinified in open-top wooden fermenters and then aged in French oak barrels (20% new oak) for 12 months.
Medium-bodied with moderate tannins. Complex and multi-layered with strawberry, cherry, raspberry, dark plum fruit and a touch of rhubarb, toned with delicate spice and bright acidity.
