Not only is it virtually fat free, but it is also gluten-free, bain-marie stable, freeze/thaw stable and microwaveable. This gluten-free chicken bouillon has been created with ease and flavour in mind, so that no chef has to compromise on taste, but can save on time.
Ingredients
INGREDIENTS salt, maltodextrin, potato starch, sugar, yeast extract, flavourings, chicken fat, chicken meat (1%), turmeric, garlic, acid (citric acid), antioxidant (rosemary extract).
Directions
Bring 1 Litre of water to the boil. Remove pan from heat and whisk in 65g mix. Then, simmer for 2 minutes.
