The production process of this distinguished tequila begins with the careful cultivation of 100% pure Blue Weber agave. The agave's pinas are harvested, roasted in traditional masonry ovens, then crushed to release the juice, which then undergoes fermentation without the aid of any readymade yeast. The liquid is distilled in copper pot stills before aging in new American oak barrels, where the tequila is imbued with its primary flavors.
