The VAC-7 is an advanced electric vacuum machine, specifically designed for efficient recovery and reuse of abrasive material.
Thanks to an even more powerful side channel blower and a highly effective cascade cleaner, the VAC-7 offers significantly more suction power and improved cleaning performance compared to the VAC-5. This ensures more efficient dust separation and an even cleaner recovery of abrasive material.
The VAC-7 can recover up to 4 tons of abrasive per hour over a distance of 10 meters.
Main Features
- Extra powerful side channel blower for increased suction power.
- Cascade cleaner for improved dust separation and abrasive cleaning.
- Abrasive storage silo (can be directly mounted on the Contracor Z-200, for example) for filling the blasting machine.
- Floor hopper, complete with vacuum hose and grate.
- (Optional accessory) Possibility to use a manually operated suction tube with wheels and handle for flexible use.
Available Versions
- VAC-7S: Specifically developed for mineral abrasives, which typically generate more dust. This version includes a separate pre-separator (SC-500) to effectively separate dust and unwanted particles, making the cleaning process even more efficient.
- VAC-7H: Equipped with a free-standing storage container of 0.3 m³, allowing the abrasive to be manually refilled into a blasting machine or deposited into a Big Bag. This makes the system more versatile and suitable for both reuse and disposal.
- VAC-7HS: A combination of the features of the VAC-7H and VAC-7S. This system includes both the pre-separator (SC-500) and the free-standing storage container of 0.3 m³, minimizing dust formation while offering flexibility in abrasive reuse or disposal.
