The HBH-3 securely holds handlebars in place on any bike in any position while in a repair stand. Useful for brake bleeding, cable and housing routing, lever adjustment, or any scenario where you want to prevent the handlebars from rotating, including storage or working with the bike rotated upwards. Good value for 12mg Astaxanthin

Long time user of Astaxanthin so can’t say if this particular one made a difference but I can say it’s a good value compared to a majority of other brands considering you get 12mg; like most the capsules are easy to swallow. I feel like since this is Amazon’s own brand there’s less risk of receiving an imposter product as can be an issue with some brands.
I suggest stocking up when there’s a promotion.

Good fiber supplement

Good supplement, wish it came with a scoop. Sometimes there might be a “chunk” that doesn’t dissolve so you get to chew something with your drink, it happens rarely but does happen. Took a while but feel regular and easy to take if you do protein shakes everyday. No taste and mixes well.
