Recommended daily dose necessary to obtain a beneficial effect:
adults and children over 10 years of age: 1-3 capsules
children from 4 to 10 years of age: 1-2 capsules
children from 1 to 3 years of age: 1 capsule
Storage conditions: store in a dry place at a temperature below 25°C. Supplements should be stored out of reach of small children.
