Description

The Sirona Spa Care Enhance Bromide Salt Solution is a clear liquid solution of bromide salts that acts as a stable bank of bromine before Sirona Spa Care Activate is added to the spa or hot tub water. This product is not a disinfectant itself, but when used in conjunction with Sirona Spa Care Activate it will begin to sanitize the water. Use the Sirona Spa Care Enhance Bromide Salt Solution product to maintain clean and safe water for bathers to enjoy.

Dosage

Start Up

Add 4 ounces of this product per every 250 gallons of water directly into the spa or hot tub.

Maintenance

Add one ounce of this product per every 250 gallons of water to maintain a sufficient bank of bromine in the water.

Directions

Start Up

First, treat the spa/hot tub with Sirona Spa Care Prevent stain and scale treatment according to its label directions. Then, add 4 ounces of this product per every 250 gallons of water directly into the spa or hot tub. Circulate the water while adding this product to ensure thorough distribution.

Maintenance

For weekly maintenance, add one ounce of this product per every 250 gallons of water to maintain a sufficient bank of bromine in the water. Test the bromine residual at least once a day with a bromine/pH test kit. The bromine residual must be between 1 - 3 ppm for residential spas/hot tubs and 3-5 ppm for commercial installations. Heavy usage, or the length of time the spa or hot tub is in use, may result in depletion of bromine and require additional dosage of Sirona Spa Care Activate to maintain the desired bromine residual. Never mix any chemicals with each other before adding to the water.

Change water monthly or as needed to maintain water quality.
