Directions for Use

The recommended initial administration period is four to six weeks; however, some dogs may respond sooner. The number of soft chews may then be reduced to the maintenance level.

It does leave a slight white residue in general (it’s mineral so it usually will) or if it doesn’t get rubbed on all the way but way better than most other mineral sunscreens I’ve used before. Didn’t feel like she looked like a ghost which was a plus! I use plenty of mineral ones because we have pale skin and burn easily. Felt like this has very good sun protection. Used it in Hawaii and didn’t get any sunburn at all as long as we used it as directed. The roll on is my favorite since it glides so well. I’ve used other roll on ones that don’t cooperate and leave clumps or you have to manually roll the ball to get anything out. This one is my favorite and I will keep buying this one forever!
